Forest
An ideal alternative to a city apartment. A complete house of 56 m² with an ergonomic layout: a spacious kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a private terrace.
Forest — a modern home for living amidst nature
The Forest project is a modern timber-frame house designed for living in harmony with nature. The house’s architecture is focused on making the most of the natural surroundings, open spaces and a comfortable country lifestyle.
The house is ideal for siting in woodland, on natural plots or in recreational areas. Thanks to its thoughtful design, it blends seamlessly into the landscape and creates a sense of peace and seclusion.
Architecture and integration with nature
The Forest house is designed in a contemporary minimalist style, with an emphasis on natural materials and open spaces. Large panoramic windows make the most of natural light and offer views of the surrounding countryside.
Clean lines, understated façades and the use of natural textures create a harmonious and contemporary look for the house, which blends perfectly into the woodland setting.
Space and functional planning
The layout of the Forest home is designed with comfortable living in mind. At its heart is a spacious kitchen-diner with panoramic windows, which serves as the main space for relaxation and socialising.
The open-plan layout creates a sense of space and a connection with nature. The bedrooms are situated separately from the communal area, ensuring privacy and comfort for the residents.
The building also has bathrooms, technical rooms and storage areas.
TRIDENT construction technology
The Forest house is built using TRIDENT Modular Housing technology, which combines a timber-frame structure with the factory production of the house’s main components.
The structures are manufactured in-house under strict quality control, after which they are delivered to the site and quickly installed. This helps to reduce construction times and ensure consistent quality.
Energy efficiency and comfort
The timber-frame construction ensures excellent thermal insulation. The house retains heat well in winter and maintains a comfortable temperature in summer.
Thanks to modern materials and technologies, a comfortable indoor climate is created, making the house suitable for year-round living.
Flexibility and adaptability of the project
The Forest project can be tailored to the owner’s individual requirements. Changes can be made to the floor area, layout and window placement, or terraces and additional functional areas can be added.
The house can easily be adapted to suit a specific plot, the terrain or the construction budget.
Who would the Forest house suit?
The Forest house would be an excellent choice for:
- a country house surrounded by nature
- a holiday home in the woods
- comfortable housing for permanent residence;
- tourist or rental projects;
Forest is a modern home that combines natural aesthetics, a functional layout and energy-efficient construction technology, creating the ideal space for country living.
