A professional manager and engineer with over 18 years’ experience in the construction sector, property development and the management of large-scale projects. He specialises in the implementation of energy-efficient technologies, reinforced concrete frame construction and the creation of modern modular solutions. He has in-depth expertise in managing the full construction cycle — from the development of town planning documentation to the certification of finished products and the attraction of investment.
Yevhen Grabovchak
A highly qualified structural engineer with over 18 years’ experience in the design of residential, commercial and detached houses. Possesses in-depth and unique expertise in developing structural solutions for rapid and energy-efficient construction — in particular, using timber-frame, modular and SIP technologies. Thanks to his mastery of modern Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies, he creates accurate digital prototypes of future structures, minimising any errors during the factory production and assembly stages.
