60 minutes guaranteed fire resistance

The safety of Trident Modular Housing® is not an option, it's a standard.

Timber-frame modular houses using the technology of TRIDENT officially certified in Ukraine and have fire resistance class REI 60 for walls and floor slabs.

Certification carried out by an accredited body based on test reports and production inspection in accordance with the requirements
DSTU B V.2.2-2:2008, DBN V.1.1-7:2016 and technical specifications for timber-frame modular houses using Trident technology.

Control is exercised within serial production with annual supervision by the certification body.

Confirmed by the laboratory

Guaranteed energy efficiency and sound insulation

TRIDENT Modular Housing panels have undergone control tests in an accredited laboratory in accordance with DSTU B V.2.2-22:2008.

Tests were carried out on real panel samples: external walls, roofing, flooring, slabs, and internal walls.
No deviations from the norm were recorded.

Thermal insulation

  • Thermal resistance of an external wall R = 5.45 m²·K/W (with a norm ≥ 2.0)
  • Coating R = 6.32 m²·K/W (within the normal range of ≥ 3.0)

This is more than twice the minimum permissible indicators.

Acoustics

  • Airborne sound insulation index 48 dB
  • All constructions comply with the requirements for residential buildings

The tests were carried out on real sample panels.
