A highly qualified structural engineer with over 18 years’ experience in the design of residential, commercial and detached houses. He has in-depth and unique expertise in developing structural solutions for high-speed and energy-efficient construction — in particular, using timber-frame, modular and SIP technologies. Thanks to its expert command of modern building information modelling (BIM) technologies, it creates accurate digital prototypes of future structures, thereby minimising any errors during the factory production and assembly stages.
Design of modular and frame-built houses: Many years of practical experience in designing structures using modern timber-frame and SIP technologies for leading Ukrainian manufacturers.
BIM modelling and CAD design: Professional project design using Revit (including Revit 2023), AutoCAD and ArchiCAD. Creating detailed 3D models to optimise manufacturing processes in factories.
Design of load-bearing structures: Comprehensive analysis and design of steel, timber and reinforced concrete structures of any complexity using the SCAD software package.
Project management and technical supervision: Experience of successfully performing the duties of chief engineer (CE) and structural engineer on CC2-class projects (residential and office buildings).
