Aurum — The aesthetics of a wine estate and haute cuisine
Aurum is a large-scale, premium-class architectural project designed for the HoReCa sector. Measuring 24.9 × 16.2 metres, this complex is ideally suited for placement amongst vineyards, on the banks of a body of water or within a park setting. The main visual highlight of the updated design is the luxurious internal patio, covered by a multi-level system of snow-white shade sails, creating an atmosphere of lightness and Mediterranean chic.
Exterior and architectural code
The complex’s exterior design is based on a combination of natural textures and contemporary forms:
Light-coloured façades: An elegant combination of white decorative stone (or textured brick) and warm vertical natural wood panelling.
A massive frieze: The clean lines of the roof are emphasised by a wide frieze with a grey concrete or mineral stone texture, lending the building a sense of grandeur.
Canopy architecture: The dynamic white sails above the patio not only shield guests from the scorching sun, but also create a distinctive, Instagram-worthy silhouette for the venue.
Planning and Business Ergonomics
The interior of the complex has been designed in accordance with the strict operational standards of the restaurant industry:
Inner patio (Courtyard): The heart of the complex. A wide stone staircase leads down to it. In the centre, under the open sky, there is a circular designer flowerbed featuring a living olive tree, around which seating for guests has been arranged.
The restaurant’s main dining room: A U-shaped dining area that completely surrounds the inner courtyard. Thanks to the panoramic French windows, the boundary between the terrace and the dining room is blurred.
Bar area: A separate, stylish bar area, seamlessly integrated into the guest area for convenient service.
Processing unit: A fully-fledged, self-contained infrastructure for staff, comprising hot and cold preparation areas, washing-up areas, storage rooms and offices. The layout ensures that guest routes do not intersect with kitchen workflows.
Sanitary facilities: Conveniently located modern guest toilets.
The Aurum project is a turnkey and exclusive solution for investors and restaurateurs. The use of panel-frame technology allows this large-scale project to be completed in the shortest possible time, whilst maintaining exemplary energy efficiency and sound insulation. Aurum is designed to become the main gastronomic hub of your region — a place where exquisite architecture enhances the flavours of fine wine and haute cuisine.
