We created this modular office for those who value the boundary between work and personal life. This is not just a room – it is a completely autonomous structure with its own bathroom, heating, and stylish architecture that blends harmoniously into the private garden landscape.

Working from home is convenient, but it's difficult to concentrate when domestic life is nearby. Renting an office requires travel time.

Task: To create a professional, quiet, and comfortable workspace on your own property without turning your garden into a building site.

Full autonomy

The main selling point of this project is the full bathroom with a shower. You don't need to run back to the main house, getting distracted from your tasks. This transforms the office into a versatile granny annexe.

Design and light

Panoramic sliding doors visually enlarge the space and let in maximum natural light. Finishes in natural wood and modern composite materials make the module a stylish decoration for the plot.

Comfort 365 days

Thanks to quality insulation and a heating system (a radiator is visible in the video), this office is suitable for use in any weather – both in heat and in frost.
