Challenge: Increase usable space without turning the area into a long-term construction project.

As a business or organisation grows, there is an acute need for new offices, workspaces, or staff areas. The main problem is that expanding a traditional construction (with concrete, brick, and heavy machinery) right next to an existing main building is impossible without halting operations and causing discomfort for people.

It was necessary to build a spacious extension quickly, cleanly, and with minimal disruption to the life of the main building.

Building right next to an occupied building typically means months of noise, dirt, and complaints from staff. We chose the Prefab Panel Frame system to break this stereotype.

We weren't “building” on site — we assembled the finished product. All structural elements and insulated panels were produced under strict quality control at the Trident Modular manufacturing facility. A pragmatic solution for the exterior was the durable metal profile - it is quick to install, long-lasting, and requires no maintenance.

What the customer received:

• Predictability Factory assembly eliminates delays due to weather or human error. The walls arrived with perfect geometry – no distortions.

• Invisible construction: The installation of the frame on the prepared base took mere days. The main facility's operations did not stop for a minute.

• Smart integration The extension logically continued the existing corridor, transforming two separate structures into a unified functional space with a well-thought-out office system.

Result: Turnkey interior finishing and ready workspaces

The customer chose a configuration that allows them to move into the premises immediately after the handover of the facility. We handed over a fully autonomous wing, ready for full operation:

• The cosy feel of natural materials All the walls and the ceiling are panelled with light-coloured wood. This creates a very comfortable, warm atmosphere inside the offices and long corridors.

• Engineering and Light Fully rewired electrics, sockets, switches, and modern ceiling LED panels installed, providing bright, even lighting for work areas.

• Ready-made bathrooms The property is delivered with fully equipped sanitary facilities (tiles on walls and floor, installed sanitary ware, modern partitions).

• Energy efficiency: Quality uPVC windows and a proper layer of insulation in the factory panels guarantee that the extension will be warm in winter and won't drain heating resources from the main building.
