Bespoke design and implementation

Typical solutions are suitable for typical tasks. But when a client has a unique vision for their life, catalogues take a back seat. This house is the result of close collaboration between the client's dream and Trident Modular's engineering expertise. It's proof that panel-frame technology can be flexible, complex, and absolutely exclusive.

Challenge (Starred Task):

The client approached with a request that standard serial models could not fulfil. It wasn't just a house they needed, but a space where winter garden (or gym) It's not an extension, but a dominant feature of the entire dwelling. The requirements were strict: lots of light, high ceilings, an unconventional layout, but at the same time – maintaining the speed and quality of factory assembly.

Trident Solutions (Custom Engineering):

We abandoned the templates and developed the project from scratch (from scratch).

  • Bespoke construction Engineers have calculated a new structural framework to allow the creation of a vast open space without unnecessary columns and partitions.

  • Function integration The winter garden was designed as the «energy heart» of the house. We selected specialised glazing and a climate control system specifically for the parameters of the exotic plants that the owner planned for.

  • Architectural freedom: The facade, finishing materials, and module layout were selected to suit the specific landscape of the client's plot.

Result:

A one-of-a-kind home that exists in a single copy. It's a space that resonates 100% with the owner's character. Trident Modular has proven that if you can imagine it, we can factory-build it.
