CHALLENGE:
To implement a complex custom project for a foreign client. Export projects do not tolerate errors: logistics and distance dictate their own rules. The main condition is flawless assembly accuracy, compliance with strict building codes, and perfect geometry, as any defect during installation in another country will be too costly.
TASK:
To move 95% of all construction processes into controlled factory conditions. Our task is not just to “put up a frame”, but to create a product of maximum readiness. This means forming the structural framework, assembling wall panels, floors, and carrying out preparation for finishing before the building leaves the workshop.
