Description
This project is a demonstration that there are no boundaries for Trident Modular. Our task was to manufacture a fully functional residential building in Ukraine that would meet the strict building and energy regulations of the European Union, and to deliver it to Slovakia.
We applied the technology 100% Prefab. This means that the entire production cycle – from welding the frame to the final interior finishing – took place in the controlled conditions of our factory.

Inside The client received a ready-made «turnkey» interior (finished walls, flooring, and electrical wiring), which avoided the need to find local contractors.

Technology The module has enhanced sound insulation and a high fire resistance rating, which is a mandatory requirement for housing in the EU.
Result:
The house has successfully passed quality control, was securely packed and shipped to the customer. The video captures the final stage before dispatch: perfect readiness for immediate occupancy upon unloading.
