Vyshhorod Case: Modern Single-Storey House 212 m²
We've assembled this house like a perfect architectural puzzle. The use of panel and frame technology has allowed each component to be manufactured in the factory with millimetre precision. The result is modern accommodation where high technology meets homely comfort.
The Challenge
Our task was to create a spacious family home, avoiding the typical problems of private construction: long build times, mess on the site, and complicated staircases. It was important for the client to have a large volume (over 200 m²) on a single floor, combining the living area, garage, and relaxation spaces into a unified, stylish, and energy-efficient complex.
The Trident Solution
We have applied pre-fab technology (factory production of panels). This has allowed construction to be transformed into the rapid assembly of finished elements on-site.
Life in one plane
The total area of 212 m² is designed without stairs – this is a new standard of safety and comfort. The living area (160 m²) has an ergonomic layout, where every metre works for the convenience of the residents.
Integrated garage
Instead of a separate cold structure, we made the garage part of the warm envelope of the house. This provides convenient access to the car in any weather and preserves the integrity of the architectural image.
Two terraces for relaxation
We have blurred the boundary between the interior and nature. Terraces have become a logical extension of the rooms, significantly expanding the useful space for relaxing in the open air.
Result
The client received a warm, thermos-like house, assembled quickly and with jewellery-like precision. Thanks to factory production, we guaranteed the absence of gaps and thermal bridges, which will ensure a comfortable microclimate and low heating bills.
