Manufacturing

Modern production of modular and panel-frame buildings with a full factory cycle. We ensure geometric accuracy, quality control at every stage, and predictable project implementation times for Ukraine and European markets.

High production standards.

Trident Modular Housing is a production facility where engineering and precision shape modern, energy-efficient housing.

Manufacturing Trident Modular Housing - is not a site with «construction work», but a full-fledged industrial system for the production of prefabricated and modular houses. We operate on the principle of a controlled factory cycle, where each structural element goes through clearly defined stages of processing, inspection and assembly.

This approach allows us to achieve:

  • avoid the risks of «wet» construction - shrinkage of materials, technology disruption due to weather conditions or uncontrolled installation.
  • stable geometry of structures;
  • predicted thermal performance;
  • minimising manual installation errors;
  • Reduced construction time at the facility.

Preparation of materials

We use structural timber that is chamber-dried with controlled humidity. Before being put into production, each batch undergoes incoming inspection: checking cross-section, strength class, moisture content and surface quality.

Precision machining

The cutting and forming of the frame elements is carried out on modern equipment, which ensures the accuracy of connections and repeatability of the assemblies. This is critical for:
- load-bearing walls,
- interfloor floors,
- roofing systems,
- floor panels.

Assembling panels and modules

In accordance with the heat transfer standards for building envelopes and the standards for the installation of ventilated facades and systems, all building elements are equipped with basalt slab insulation, membranes and engineering embedded materials. All layers are formed in accordance with the approved technical maps and specifications.

Quality control

Each stage is checked at every stage:
- geometry of the panels;
- compliance with the project;
- quality of the connection nodes;
- tightness of vapour and waterproofing layers.

Advantages of factory production

Controlled environment

Production takes place indoors, regardless of weather conditions.

Reduced installation time

An object on a site is an assembly phase, not a long-term construction project.

Cost optimisation

Rational cutting of materials and batch processes reduce waste.

Predictable quality

The repeatability of the technology guarantees the same result for each project.

How our production works: the path from design to installation

01. Engineering training

After the project is approved, we develop working drawings and assemblies, generate material specifications, and check the structures for compliance with the loads and regulations of the country of operation. At this stage, we fix the timeline, format (panel/module/hybrid), and logistics scheme.

02. Preparation of materials

The wood is subjected to defect detection, calibration and moisture control (12-15%). Insulation, membranes, board materials and fasteners are supplied according to the specification - no substitutions or «analogues» without approval.

03. Assembling panels or modules

Production takes place in a closed workshop with geometric control of each element. The load-bearing frames are formed, thermal insulation, vapour and wind protection are installed, cladding is performed, and for modular systems, the integration of utilities and interior decoration is carried out.

04. Quality control and shipping

Each element undergoes a final check of its geometry, components and assembly. After that, the structures are packed for transport and prepared for installation at the facility, which allows the warm circuit to be closed in the shortest possible time.

Ready for installation

After the production cycle is completed, the elements are packed and prepared for transport. The site is used for quick assembly of the house kit or installation of the finished module.

FAQ

Answers to frequently asked questions

We have collected answers to the most frequently asked questions about the design, production, construction time and equipment of modular and frame houses.

When installing in sections, no machinery is required, but depending on which installation option you choose, the need to use heavy machinery will depend.

Installation in small sections involves assembling a house from a large number of small sections, which allows you to create very individual projects.
Installation in large panels, On the contrary, it uses large sections, which can significantly speed up the assembly process, but requires the involvement of technicians.

The choice depends on your needs and requirements.

Yes. We have developed three main installation technologies for you:
- installation in small sections;
- installation in large panels;
- assembly in modules.
Each of them has its own advantages and capabilities, and we are ready to find the best option for your needs.

We provide a 10-year warranty on the quality and reliability of our Trident house building elements.

We are also ready to provide post-warranty service throughout the entire operational period.
